Shipping & Delivery
All Eccremes watches are shipped from Greece by DHL, registered and insured within 3 working days after your order has been accepted and payment received except holiday periods in which case the watches will be shipped within 3 working days after the last public holiday of the period. Delivery times may vary based upon time required for customs clearance and other reasons not in our control. Eccremes takes no responsibility for such delays. The delivery times are not applicable to the pre-order of watches when it is clearly marked as such on the site. In the case of the pre-order, the deliveries will take place by the last working day of the month advised as the delivery month of the pre-ordered watch.

In addition, customers can choose to pick up their order in person at our physical store during standard opening hours.

Taxes & Duties
The customs office (or other authorities) in the sending and/or destination country may apply import duties, customs fees and/or other duties, fees, taxes and charges to your order. The buyer is solely responsible for the payment of these duties, fees, taxes and charges.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@eccremes.com for instructions on returns.

Eccremes accepts returns for products only in new, unused, undamaged and unaltered condition, complete in original packaging within 14 days of the customer’s receipt of goods.

Product returns are the responsibility of the client, including transport costs, custom fees and taxes. Returned goods must be packaged carefully to avoid damage during transit. Watches that are found damaged, incomplete or dirty upon arrival will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Once the 14-day period has lapsed, the sale is considered final.
